Marketing & Commerce Managed Service Design Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to bring ideas and innovation to life, building customer relationships and digital marketing, ecommerce, and omni-channel solutions.
• Strategize, design, develop, and implement operating models and organizational constructs that enable clients to change how they deliver value through marketing.
• Lead teams to deliver value by developing new and updated operating models, marketing processes, change, training, and communication plans.
• Gather and analyze information from clients to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity within clients' marketing organizations and determine strategic implications.
• Lead teams to define detailed plans, including people, process, and technology, to generate improvements.
• Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand, and campaign operations to develop and implement plans.
• Engage with leadership-level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to improve and grow their marketing capabilities.
• Support new business opportunities through participation in pitches and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver holistic transformation solutions such as brand, creative, and marketing strategy.
• Support and participate in thought leadership initiatives for marketing challenges, including Agile Marketing.
• Lead activation engagements to help clients operate in new ways, using agile rhythms and experience platforms like Adobe.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing/marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, and/or data-driven marketing for B2C, B2B, or B2B2C organizations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
• Minimum 3 years of professional services experience in digital business or digital marketing, including solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
• Core management consulting skills including strategic thinking, solution architecture, and clear communication of strategic ideas.
• Subject matter knowledge in integrated marketing operations and processes, especially in data-driven multichannel relationship marketing across web, mobile, social, email, and traditional channels.
• Experience with digital platforms such as Adobe Experience and Salesforce.
• Ability to lead and facilitate working sessions with teams and leaders.
• Experience in architecting, implementing, and managing organizational change is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver results on time.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and collaborate across disciplines and organizational lines.
• Understanding of CRM strategic concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes that bring agility to teams.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and measurement techniques.
• Experience in rolling out new organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
