About the Role

The Marketing & Commerce Managed Service Design Consultant at Accenture Song is responsible for working directly with clients to transform their marketing organizations through strategy, design, and implementation of operating models, organizational structures, and digital solutions. The role involves leading strategic engagements, developing new ways of working, and leveraging digital platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce to deliver client value in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new operating models and organizational structures for clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance to unlock value and meet business outcomes.
  • Lead teams to deliver value through developing and updating operating models, marketing processes, change management, training, and communication plans.
  • Gather and analyze client information to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations, and create roadmaps and organizational strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies within clients' marketing organizations and determine strategic implications.
  • Lead teams to define detailed plans including people, process, and technology improvements to generate organizational enhancements.
  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand, and campaign operations to develop and implement plans.
  • Engage with leadership-level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches for growth and improvement.
  • Support new business opportunities through participation in pitches and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver holistic transformation solutions such as brand, creative, and marketing strategy.
  • Support and participate in thought leadership initiatives to innovate marketing practices, including Agile Marketing.
  • Lead activation engagements to help clients operate in new ways, utilizing agile rhythms and experience platforms like Adobe.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, and data-driven marketing for B2C, B2B, or B2B2C organizations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional services experience in digital marketing, including solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Core management consulting skills including strategic thinking, solution architecture, and clear communication of strategic ideas.
  • Subject matter expertise in integrated marketing operations and multichannel relationship marketing across web, mobile, social, email, and traditional channels.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Adobe Experience and Salesforce.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate working sessions with teams and leaders.
  • Experience in organizational change management and implementing new ways of working in marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, and willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Understanding of CRM strategic concepts and service.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes that bring agility to teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and measurement techniques.
  • Experience establishing and growing long-term trusted client relationships.
  • Proven leadership in delivering quality results on time.
  • Experience architecting, implementing, and managing organizational change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • At least 3 years of marketing/marketing operations experience.
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience as a marketing strategist or organizational designer.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.
