About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new operating models and organizational structures for clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance to unlock value and meet business outcomes.
• Lead teams to deliver value through developing and updating operating models, marketing processes, change management, training, and communication plans.
• Gather and analyze information from clients to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations, and create roadmaps and organizational strategies.
• Identify inefficiencies within clients' marketing organizations and determine strategic implications.
• Design, develop, and implement marketing and digital processes that bring agility and new capabilities to teams.
• Engage with leadership-level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches for growth and improvement.
• Support new business opportunities through participation in pitches and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic transformation solutions including brand, creative, and marketing strategy.
• Lead activation engagements to help clients operate in new ways using agile rhythms and experience platforms like Adobe.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing or marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, or data-driven marketing for B2C, B2B, or B2B2C organizations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
• Minimum 3 years of professional services experience in digital marketing or digital business, including solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
• Core management consulting skills including strategic thinking, solution architecture, and clear communication of strategic ideas.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing operations, multichannel relationship marketing, and digital platforms such as Adobe Experience.
• Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with teams and leaders.
• Ability to architect, implement, and manage organizational change.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead teams to deliver results on time.
• Understanding of CRM strategic concepts and digital marketing best practices.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and collaborate across disciplines.

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes that bring agility to teams.
• Experience rolling out organizational change and new ways of working.
• Experience working with leading digital platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
