About the Role

The Marketing & Commerce Managed Service Design Consultant at Accenture Song is responsible for working directly with clients to transform their marketing and digital organizations. The role involves strategizing, designing, developing, and implementing operating models and organizational structures that enable clients to deliver value through marketing. The consultant will lead strategic engagements, assess and recommend improvements, and activate new ways of working using agile methodologies and digital platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce. The position offers an opportunity to work on innovative client initiatives in a dynamic environment focused on growth, experience design, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new operating models and organizational structures for clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance within marketing organizations to unlock value and meet business outcomes.
  • Lead teams to deliver value through developing and updating operating models, marketing processes, change management, training, and communication plans, and support transformational organizational changes.
  • Gather and analyze client information to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations, and create roadmaps and organizational strategies to deliver these improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas of opportunity within clients' marketing organizations and define detailed plans involving people, process, and technology to generate improvements.
  • Leverage knowledge of marketing strategy, brand, and campaign operations to develop and implement plans and approaches.
  • Engage with leadership-level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to enhance their marketing capabilities.
  • Support new business opportunities through participation in pitches and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver holistic transformation solutions such as brand, creative, and marketing strategy.
  • Support and participate in thought leadership initiatives to operate in new ways, including Agile Marketing, and to optimize experience platforms like Adobe.
  • Lead activation engagements to help clients operate in new ways, using agile rhythms and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, and/or data-driven marketing for B2C, B2B, or B2B2C organizations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional services experience in digital marketing or digital business, including solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
  • Core management consulting skills including strategic thinking, solution architecture, and clear communication of strategic ideas.
  • Subject matter expertise in integrated marketing operations and processes, especially in data-driven multichannel relationship marketing across web, mobile, social, email, and traditional channels.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Adobe Experience and Salesforce.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate working sessions with teams and leaders.
  • Experience in architecting, implementing, and managing organizational change is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and measurement techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, and willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and organizational lines.
  • Understanding of CRM strategic concepts.

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes that bring agility to teams.

  • Experience in managing organizational change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
