Marketing & Commerce Managed Service Design Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to bring ideas and innovation to life, building customer relationships and digital marketing, ecommerce, and omni-channel solutions.
• Strategize, design, develop, and implement operating models and organizational constructs that enable clients to change how they deliver value through marketing.
• Lead teams to deliver value by developing new and updated operating models, marketing processes, change, training, and communication plans.
• Gather and analyze information from clients to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and operations.
• Design and activate new ways of working, including agile rhythms and digital platform implementations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver holistic transformation solutions such as brand, creative, and marketing strategy.
• Support new business opportunities through pitches and RFP responses.
• Lead activation engagements to help clients operate in new ways and leverage experience platforms like Adobe.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing/marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, and/or data-driven marketing for B2C, B2B, or B2B2C organizations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience consulting as a marketing strategist or defining process and organizational design solutions in a business environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
• Minimum 3 years of professional services experience in digital business or digital marketing, including solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
• Core management consulting skills including strategic thinking, solution architecture, and clear communication of strategic ideas.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing operations, data-driven multichannel marketing, and digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.
• Experience architecting, implementing, and managing organizational change.
• Ability to establish and grow long-term trusted relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead teams to deliver results on time.
• Willingness to learn, innovate, and collaborate across disciplines.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes that bring agility to teams.
• Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with teams and leaders.
• Understanding of CRM strategic concepts and services.
