Marketing & Content Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for all three brands.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content including photos, graphics, reels, stories, and shorts tailored to each business.
• Write SEO-friendly blog posts that educate, inspire, and attract new patients/clients.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content highlighting services, patient success stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media messages promptly, maintaining a warm and professional tone.
• Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan seasonal campaigns, promotions, and event coverage.
• Manage occasional paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting content style to each business.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and marketing best practices to keep content fresh.
• Capture photos and document office updates, new technology, and special events.
• Coordinate email newsletters and campaigns for each business when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content for businesses.
• Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and writing.
• Comfortable filming and photographing in a professional healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and paid advertising.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands and deadlines at once.
• A creative self-starter who can take ownership of campaigns from concept to execution.

Nice to Have

• Content creation experience (1 year preferred).
• Social media management experience (1 year preferred).
• Marketing experience (1 year preferred).
