Marketing and Digital Brand Leader

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain a technical understanding of current company offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling digital content.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to plan, organize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social media, and digital channels.
• Develop strategic objectives and goals to increase revenue for the organization.
• Support trade show activities by researching relevant shows and developing supporting materials and campaigns.
• Support client training activities with appropriate materials.
• Research digital marketing strategies of competitors.
• Identify opportunities in paid media, SEO, content, and social performance, and evaluate channels for ROI.
• Track industry and marketing trends and recommend adjustments based on results.
• Create product-focused assets such as landing pages, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Plan, launch, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Implement campaign measurement plans and optimize based on performance.
• Ensure website supports marketing goals like lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness, and ties in with other marketing materials.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track traffic, bounce rates, conversion paths, and SEO performance.
• Guide content updates for blogs, resource libraries, and product/service pages.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to present ideas and updates.
• Coordinate messaging and timing with Sales, Product, and Design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience implementing marketing and branding campaigns.
• Minimum three years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to learn and comprehend highly technical information.
• Knowledge of principles, strategies, and methodologies related to digital platforms, marketing, and communications.
• Strong research and analysis skills, including analyzing demographics, behavior, and preferences of target customers.
• Technical skills with tools such as WordPress or other CMS, Google Analytics, Google Console, Meta Audience Insights, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM, etc.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Experience with developing digital content and marketing assets.
• Experience supporting trade shows and client training activities.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social media performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum five years of marketing and branding campaign experience
