Job Description

About the Role

We seek a talented individual to join our marketing & digital services department. The primary job function will be to manage integrated direct to digital marketing campaigns for clients from within our internal client-side marketing platform. This includes setting up and managing client campaigns, designing web banner ads and social media ads, setting up call and QR code tracking, helping to implement campaign tracking codes, and more. The candidate will also work on internal and client web properties, web banner ad campaigns, landing pages, web-to-print portal administration, marketing collateral, email marketing, social media, website blogs, and general internal marketing department functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage integrated direct to digital marketing campaigns for clients within the internal marketing platform.
Set up and manage client campaigns, including designing web banner ads and social media ads.
Set up call and QR code tracking and assist in implementing campaign tracking codes.
Work on internal and client web properties, including web banner ad campaigns and landing pages.
Administer web-to-print portals and marketing collateral.
Execute email marketing, social media campaigns, and website blogs.
Support general internal marketing department functions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working in marketing, web, or graphic design.
Ability to manage multiple marketing projects in various stages of development and meet critical campaign deadlines.
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
Physical ability to sit for significant periods at a desk and screen time.
Fine motor skills for keyboarding and manipulating artwork and documentation.
Ability to distinguish colors and shades.

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of modern responsive front-end web design with coding skills using HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress.
Graphic and web design skills including familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
Ability to edit WordPress sites.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor Degree in applicable areas (helpful but not required).
