Marketing and Talent Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Creates all print materials, including general brochures, rack cards and business cards, as well as email signatures and digital marketing materials.
• Updates the Agency's website design and editorials.
• Manages social media channels by way of content management, creating graphics and generating campaigns.
• Develops an editorial calendar and social media post schedule.
• Uses artistic freedom to choose and create designs for company campaigns and social media posts.
• Establishes and maintains a blog, including creating ideas and content related to the affiliated sectors.
• Develops, creates and implements employee spotlights and appreciation campaigns.
• Develops search engine optimization.
• Maintains all internal and external email marketing communications, including reaching out to social workers and referral sources.
• Assists the Sales team in creating marketing materials.
• Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and social media.
• Promote the agency's culture and values to attract top talent.
• Attend local events which allows promotion of Advanced's brand with prospective employees, referral sources, patients and the community.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Marketing experience (1-2 years).
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media marketing and management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HubSpot.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good judgment and independent decision-making.
• Assertiveness and sense of urgency.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to operate in an office setting, using a computer, telephone, and office machinery.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communications or Marketing.
