About the Role

Charles Ross & Son Company, a leader in industrial mixing and blending equipment, is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements.
  • Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising.
  • Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content.
  • Create and schedule posts for social media platforms.
  • Assist with layout and design projects (Photoshop skills are a plus; training available).
  • Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Photoshop or other design software experience (preferred but not required; training provided).
