About the Role

The Marketing Associate will sit on the Brand team and will help to manage and coordinate marketing efforts that advance brand marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning campaigns, developing marketing assets and content, supporting partner strategies and activations, tracking budget and metrics, and managing creative approvals. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to raise awareness, consideration, and engagement regarding NewYork-Presbyterian's brand and reputation. The position requires working closely with leaders and colleagues, building trusted relationships with key partners in Marketing and Communications and throughout the organization. It is a full-time role based at the Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan with one remote day allowed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to manage and coordinate marketing efforts that advance brand marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Plan marketing campaigns and develop marketing assets and content.
  • Support partner strategies and activations.
  • Track budget and metrics related to marketing activities.
  • Manage creative approvals for marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness, consideration, and engagement of the brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate directly with various hospital personnel such as physicians, staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Working knowledge of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare experience working directly with physicians and clinical teams.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree.
