Key Responsibilities

Design, test, and implement email marketing programs to engage and convert audiences.
Collaborate on building landing pages and lead forms using Oracle Eloqua.
Support webinar promotions and manage registration processes efficiently.
Upload leads into the CRM and perform custom data analysis for strategic insights.
Create targeted email segments and manage marketing automation tasks effectively.
Ensure all digital assets are thoroughly tested and error-free for optimal performance.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance marketing performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Project management experience to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM integration, especially Salesforce.
Familiarity with CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager.
Knowledge of supplemental systems such as ON24, iCapture, and BI tools.
