The Marketing Automation Manager develops and executes strategies to optimize marketing campaigns through automation, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth while streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage marketing automation processes, including lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, email marketing, and workflows.
Coordinate the creation and management of marketing segments and lists to target specific customer groups that support the company's marketing goals.
Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and events.
Develop and optimize customer journeys to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Work with the in-house creative team to develop engaging and relevant marketing content, including email templates and landing pages.
Work with internal teams to educate product/service teams to manage leads, contacts, and accounts within the Dynamics 365 platform.
Coordinate, plan, and manage marketing events and webinars with business teams.
Work with the Dynamics 365 team to configure and customize Dynamics 365 Marketing modules to meet specific business needs.
Track and analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.
Ensure seamless integration between the marketing automation platform and Dynamics 365 CRM system to facilitate data synchronization and streamline lead management.

Requirements

5+ Years Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing: Proven experience in using and administering Dynamics 365 Marketing (or similar marketing automation platforms).
Proven experience in using Microsoft's Power Platform to automate repetitive tasks, analyze data, and create visualizations to demonstrate effectiveness.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to marketing campaigns and processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other marketing technologies.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of Marketing experience.

Nice to Have

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing certifications.
