About the Role

The Marketing Automation Specialist at Wintrust is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Adobe Campaign Classic marketing automation platform. This role involves creating and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining data queries and workflows, supporting platform enhancements, and collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

Support Corporate Marketing and other business lines through the creation and deployment of multichannel marketing automation campaigns, ad hoc emails, and monitoring delivery metrics.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Software Engineers, and Data Management teams to ensure workflows and automations are functioning properly, data tables are healthy, and integrations are operational.
Work closely with IT business partners, Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Content Authors as the subject matter expert for Adobe Campaign Classic platform, providing informed decisions and solutions.
Support enterprise change management and SDLC processes, including testing, defect management, peer review, and release management.
Write and maintain system documentation, SOPs, process maps, test scripts, use cases, user stories, and data flows.
Participate in cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements, operational processes, and project implementations.
Author complex system reports and data migration templates.
Support campaign execution including data preparation, audience segmentation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

Subject matter expert in the Adobe Campaign Classic platform and knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing automation, creating complex multichannel campaigns, and digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in developing custom schemas, JavaScript, XML, SQL queries, and data imports/exports.
Familiarity with APIs, SOAP/REST integrations, and ETL processes.
Understanding of relational databases and data modeling, including schema customization.
Experience supporting campaign execution, audience segmentation, testing, and deployment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Adobe Campaign schema customization.
Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.

Qualifications

Experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Adobe Campaign Classic.
Proficiency in scripting and data queries (JavaScript, XML, SQL).
Experience with application and data maintenance, configuration, and support.
