About the Role

Cella is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager for one of our Entertainment clients. The role involves crafting compelling brand narratives, supporting production and 360 campaigns, and identifying innovative marketing opportunities within the entertainment industry. The position is based in Universal City, California, and offers a contract engagement with competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to respond to RFP requests and present new product integration ideas to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and positioning of new integrated marketing opportunities, identifying high-interest 360 experiences, new on-air and site-specific content features, evergreen and event-based solutions, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Create, socialize, and execute packaging strategies that leverage brands, identifying cross-platform opportunities to increase overall client spend.
  • Collaborate to identify, develop, and properly package new emerging ad opportunities around key product offerings, including mobile and social media experiences.
  • Educate internal constituents and drive top-of-mind awareness within the sales organization.
  • Support various teams as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Manage communication and project details across multiple initiatives.
  • Attend meetings with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including on-set production experience.
  • Proven ability to create digital/multi-platform solutions and impactful brand narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Keynote or decks for various titles and campaign management.
  • Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and adapt to new situations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to balance production needs with client expectations, acting as the primary liaison.
  • Strong ability to anticipate and accommodate needs, requests, and issues on the client, sales, and production sides.
  • Solutions-oriented thinker who can operate within a large organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Entertainment industry experience.

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
