About the Role

Cella, a randstad digital company, is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager for an entertainment client located in Universal City, California. The role involves crafting compelling brand narratives, supporting production, and managing 360 campaigns. The position is a contract role with compensation ranging from $40 to $45 per hour, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to respond to RFP requests and present new product integration ideas to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and positioning of new integrated marketing opportunities, identifying high-interest 360 experiences, new on-air and site-specific content features, evergreen and event-based solutions, and emerging ad platforms.
  • Create, socialize, and execute packaging strategies that leverage brands, identifying cross-platform opportunities to increase overall client spend.
  • Collaborate to identify, develop, and properly package new emerging ad opportunities around key product offerings, including mobile and social media experiences.
  • Educate internal constituents and drive top-of-mind awareness within the sales organization.
  • Support various teams as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Manage communication and project details across multiple initiatives.
  • Attend meetings with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, including on-set production experience.
  • Proven ability to create digital/multi-platform solutions and impactful brand narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with different team members across various pods.
  • Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and adapt to new situations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Keynote or decks for various titles and campaign management.
  • Bachelor's degree is nice to have.
  • Entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to balance production needs with client expectations and act as the primary liaison.
  • Strong ability to anticipate and accommodate needs, requests, and issues on the client, sales, and production sides.
  • Solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a large organization.
