About the Role

As a Marketing Concierge Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and high-level customer service within a healthcare environment. The role involves supporting physician offices, managing marketing campaigns, and providing concierge services to enhance the patient and provider experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Offer concierge level service to pre-selected patients, including those who are cancer patients, claustrophobic, children, disabled, elderly, nervous, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to physician offices, including targeted IPA contracted providers and offices interested in high-level support.
  • Assist with designated site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
  • Provide special handling, VIP support, and assistance to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff with scheduling, stat requests, medical records, reports, etc.
  • Make sales field calls to referring physicians.
  • Work with Sales/Marketing/Communications team at health fairs, forums, and group informational talks.
  • Set up and assist with Physician Portal.
  • Assist Marketing Director in customer service trainings, follow-ups, and in-house events.
  • Provide educational information and support campaign roll-outs to providers and patients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to implement monthly/quarterly physician-focused marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% during the work week.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical, hospitality, or Marketing/Public Relations industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in training and presenting information to groups or individuals for at least 2 years.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for patient care and ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain professional in all situations.
  • Structured work approach and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
