About the Role

Looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in Adobe Target, primarily on the execution side. The role involves coaching and guiding the team to use Adobe Target more effectively, as well as executing campaigns within the platform. The team is based in Charlotte or Des Moines, and the candidate should have digital content expertise across various content management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Help the team use Adobe Target more effectively by coaching and guiding them.
Execute campaigns in Adobe Target.
Support content management activities across platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in Adobe Target, with a focus on execution.
Content management experience with platforms like SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds.
Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS for content customization and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience conducting accessibility testing.
Familiarity with Adobe tools including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Experience level: Expert.
