About the Role

The Marketing Content Specialist at GTN LLC is a creative marketer responsible for producing engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and landing pages, to drive growth. The role involves leveraging AI tools for rapid ideation, creation, and optimization of marketing assets, with opportunities for team development and leadership as revenues grow. The position is remote/hybrid and offers a collaborative team culture with flexibility and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form videos, graphics, and ad creatives using AI video and design tools such as Runway, Flow, MidJourney, DALL-E, etc.
Build and edit landing pages in platforms like Webflow, Framer, or similar.
Work with the marketing team to test creative variations and improve conversion rates.
Stay on top of AI trends and tools to keep creative output fast, fresh, and effective.

Requirements

4+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience managing six-figure+ monthly budgets.
Proven experience creating marketing content (video, graphics, and landing pages).
Comfort using AI creative tools.
A portfolio that shows strong instincts for marketing angles, hooks, and design.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver polished creative quickly.
Growth-oriented mindset — eager to test, learn, and iterate.

Nice to Have

Experience with platforms like Webflow or Framer.
Knowledge of current AI tools and trends in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Four or more years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience managing six-figure+ monthly budgets.
Proven ability to create marketing content including videos, graphics, and landing pages.

Salary range of $52,000 - $65,000 per year.
