About the Role
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Is responsible for publication development, writing and design, market research and analysis, marketing programs, organizational publicity, promotion and advertising.
- Orchestrates implementation of promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
- Complete graphics projects, which may include logo design, newsletters, trade journal ads, menu design, etc.
- Provide assistance with meeting/ trade show preparation as needed. Includes possible travel to tradeshows or business meetings.
- May have responsibility for managing order guide creation, printing, and distribution.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 - 12 months graphics & video software & Social Media experience
- MS Office (PowerPoint / Excel)
Nice to Have
- 1 - 2 years Adobe Graphics preferred
- Video and Social Media experience preferred
- Canva & photography skills a plus
