About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator in France will be responsible for developing and implementing Spotify's consumer marketing strategy in the country with a focus on brand content, social media and influencers strategies (planning, execution, reporting & follow-up). The role will report into the Head of Marketing for the FR+BNLX region. The candidate should be proficient in French and English, with brand experience preferably in a global company or creative agency. The position involves supporting brand content, social media, and influencer strategies, building brand love through digital storytelling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and align with brand vision and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Spotify's social media presence in France by developing content plans, managing approvals, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking performance of French brand channels.
  • Coordinate and support influencer strategy, campaigns, and brand content initiatives from concept to execution and reporting, ensuring alignment with brand voice, cultural relevance, and campaign goals.
  • Support the team in implementing exciting 360° campaigns and activations, working closely with external and internal partners to ensure local resonance and global brand consistency.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with creative and media agencies, ensuring smooth coordination, timely deliverables, and consistent quality across all brand touchpoints.
  • Monitor and stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience behavior to adapt strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or agency experience.
  • Organized and autonomous with project management skills, able to work well in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of French cultural codes and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and best practices.
  • Experience with social media channels (paid and organic) and influence, including campaign planning, media planning, and creative development.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • A 'roll up the sleeves' self-starter who loves entertainment and consumes large amounts of content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of social media algorithms and engagement drivers.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and cross-regional teams and drive consensus.
