The role of Round-Up Professional Marketing Manager involves defining and implementing marketing strategies, managing portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting sales and branding initiatives within Bayer's Crop Science division.

Key Responsibilities

Define, develop, and implement the marketing plan with a strategic direction for the IT&O market segment
Set marketing and business development strategies for short, mid, and long-term goals
Develop marketing promotion programs, including branding, PR, and communication initiatives
Implement market research for assigned segments in coordination with Marketing Planning and Projects
Lead cross-functional teams to set objectives for development, regulatory, and manufacturing activities
Manage portfolio analysis and recommend life cycle management and optimization strategies
Collaborate with Commercial Operations and Key Account Teams to align strategies and support sales
Coordinate contracts and agreements with vendors for market segments
Manage brand pricing, marketing expenses, and budgets, supporting annual budgeting processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or similar
Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills for innovative decisions
Interpersonal and leadership skills to foster relationships with key stakeholders
Strong financial skills paired with commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills to inform and influence sales and product management teams
Comfort with making business recommendations with limited information

Nice to Have

6 years of relevant business experience, preferably in IT&O markets
MBA preferred

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in marketing or related fields
Educational background as specified in requirements

Benefits & Perks

Salary between $114,449.60 and $171,674.40
Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission
