MARKETING COORDINATOR

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate details, promotions, mailings, and other offers with all departments, corporate, and sister properties.
• Assist with holiday events and community development functions.
• Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor and selection of prize-winners.
• Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools.
• Work as event staff to setup events, administer contest, issue prizes and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.
• Upload and manage photo galleries for contest winners, and communicate relevant information to the company's digital agency for social media.
• Setup and deploy promotions accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work with others and recommend solutions.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures and maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
• Must possess strong communication skills both oral and written.

Nice to Have

• 2 year degree or equivalent promotions experience preferred.
