Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution for key service lines and/or regional strategies.
• Apply market research, analytics, and intelligence to develop competitive marketing plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support strategic goals.
• Develop and implement physician marketing strategies, including traditional and digital initiatives to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with teams on physician-to-physician marketing strategies and community outreach efforts.
• Oversee website updates and collaborate with the digital strategy team to ensure best practices in online and social media marketing.
• Coordinate with the creative team, providing clear objectives, feedback, and deadlines for deliverables.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent execution of national and local brand standards.
• Plan and execute health fairs, community events, sponsorships, and manage community relationships.
• Manage service line/market-specific budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and timely reporting.
• Coordinate market analysis and research to develop effective marketing strategies and meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing.
• Valid driver license and in-state driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy.

• 3 Work Experience
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
