Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join Uber's US&C Regional Marketing team. In this role, you'll help steer some of our most important cross-functional initiatives - bringing structure to complex programs, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring our highest-priority marketing efforts land smoothly and effectively. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing Strategy and the broader Regional Marketing leadership team to drive clarity, coordination, and momentum across campaigns, planning cycles, and go-to-market moments. This is a unique opportunity for a marketing generalist with strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day program management for key US&C marketing initiatives - developing timelines, tracking progress, and proactively surfacing risks or blockers.
  • Spot cross-campaign themes and regional trends to inform briefs, shape planning, and guide our regional marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate recurring planning rituals, including business reviews, roadmap updates, and prioritization forums to ensure alignment across the region.
  • Develop marketing plans for key strategic partners across the region, owning partner management & end-to-end execution of high impact campaigns.
  • Act as a connector across teams - from Marketing and Ops to Policy, Creative, and Comms - ensuring smooth collaboration and clear handoffs across stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with our Head of Strategy to support quarterly and annual planning cycles, track OKRs, and move special projects forward.
  • Maintain and evolve the US&C marketing calendar, helping develop the highest-impact communications plan across multiple lines of business & countries.
  • Strengthen our marketing operating model by identifying gaps, sharing process improvements, and helping scale what works.
  • Build strategic, executive-ready decks that distill complex initiatives into compelling narratives to align senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or strategy roles within a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to structure thinking into compelling takeaways and to synthesize data or feedback into clear insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, navigate ambiguity, and influence across levels.
  • Experience with marketing fundamentals including campaign development, channel strategy, and comms planning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with Ops, Comms, Policy, and/or agency teams.
  • Ability to develop and maintain documentation, status updates, and summaries that create clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and the ability to turn learnings into next-step recommendations.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • A proactive, ownership mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience working with a globally recognized company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

Benefits & Perks

  • The base salary range for New York, NY-based roles is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year.
  • Eligibility to participate in Uber's bonus program.
  • Potential for an equity award & other types of compensation.
  • Eligibility for various benefits as detailed at https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits.
