About the Role

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care corporate team, as well as our franchisees as they make an impact in communities across the country. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be partnering with our Academies, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time as well as are on brand, and within budget. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Academies, internal departments, and external vendors to plan, execute, and deliver marketing projects on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing people.
  • Strong experience with project management tools (preferably Asana) for task delegation, timelines, and campaign planning.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/support systems (such as Freshdesk) for intake and tracking of requests.
  • Strong understanding of project management in digital/print design.
  • Willingness to travel 5%.
  • Process driven but creative and innovative.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools (preferably Asana).
  • Experience with ticketing/support systems (such as Freshdesk).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
