Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of marketing projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Asana, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and timelines are strictly followed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and any issues are addressed promptly.
Enforce project deadlines, using tact and persistence in following up with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Identify risks and provide solutions or contingency plans in a timely manner.
Analyze project outcomes and report on project performance against expectations to management.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing project management to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.

Requirements

3+ years of professional marketing experience.
Expert proficiency in Asana for project management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to be proactive, persistent, and diplomatic in following up on tasks and deadlines.
Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in marketing project management or related fields.
Knowledge of supply chain or logistics industry is a plus.
