About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and support marketing and public relations projects.
• Coordinate public events and marketing campaigns.
• Support various job responsibilities within the department.

Requirements

• Preferred background in mass communication, public relations, marketing, or design.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress, Canva, Zoom, and social media platforms preferred.
• Skilled in multi-tasking with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
• Ability to use creativity to plan and execute tasks.
• Experience in social media strategy, platforms, and technology recommended.
• Flexibility in work schedule to include some weekends and evenings for events/seminars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Competent in interpersonal communication.
• Photography skills are important.
