About the Role

Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead brand development, customer engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives that fuel growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the role involves shaping and elevating the company's brand, crafting campaigns that connect with homebuyers, and driving measurable results. The company has a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, innovation, and community impact, with over 6,500 homes built since 1996 across SW Washington, Portland Metro, Puget Sound, and Boise Metro areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business goals, drive qualified leads, and elevate brand presence across all channels.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with corporate objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all content initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across digital and print channels.
  • Lead the development of high-impact content strategies that educate, inspire, and convert target audiences, strengthening the company's brand identity and market positioning.
  • Oversee the strategic use of Salesforce and Pardot to drive customer lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
  • Ensure the CRM is optimized for performance, data accuracy, and actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead the collection and synthesis of customer, market, and competitor insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Translate feedback into actionable improvements in marketing tactics, product positioning, and customer experience.
  • Direct the creation and distribution of marketing assets including digital content, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the visual presentation and customer experience of model homes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and buyer preferences.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor the online sales team, providing strategic direction, tools, and marketing support to maximize lead generation and online conversion.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multiple marketing projects, managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Stay informed of housing market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive activity to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners including agencies, designers, and suppliers to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or director-level role.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the real estate or home building industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, lead generation, and brand development.
  • Strong command of Salesforce, Pardot, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Skilled in budget management, project oversight, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights that drive strategy.
