About the Role

Our Marketing Agency client, specializing in print materials, is seeking a Marketing Director with in depth Salesforce experience to lead and scale their marketing department. This is a small but growing company. The role requires a results-driven leader with strong experience in marketing strategy, team leadership, expert level user knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot, and a deep understanding of the print and packaging landscape. The candidate should have experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Director for hospital systems or clinics, as this is a significant client base for the company. The position is onsite in Oregon, preferably in Bend, Tualatin, or surrounding areas, or for someone planning to move there.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a growing Graphic Design & Marketing team (5-8 people).
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth, demand generation, and market expansion.
Build and manage the annual marketing budget; allocate resources across campaigns, events, and channels for maximum ROI.
Oversee and optimize marketing automation workflows via Salesforce and Pardot (or equivalent platforms).
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns including email, digital, print, and direct mail.
Plan and execute tradeshows, industry events, and customer engagements that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Spearhead the marketing launch of new products and services from the ground up, especially in emerging verticals.
Own brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and platforms.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

Expert level knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot.
Experience in healthcare, specifically hospital systems.
8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing teams of 5+ people.
Strong understanding of the print marketing and packaging industry.

Nice to Have

Experience managing marketing teams in a small or growing company environment.
Experience with integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of marketing experience.
Leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more.
Experience working with hospital systems or healthcare clients.
