Key Responsibilities

  • Set the category vision, innovation strategy, and long-term strategies for Digestive Health including global, regional, and compete brands.
  • Achieve short and long-term financial commitments of the businesses as stated in the budget, coaching Sr. Brand and Brand Managers in daily responsibilities, annual planning, and brand positioning.
  • Interact with crossfunctional leaders and Senior Management to ensure appropriate resource allocation to Digestive Health.
  • Manage and deliver portfolio profits and losses, collaborate with Finance to report financials to leadership.
  • Develop marketing plans aligned with CH U.S. strategy and operational objectives, including budget allocations and task delegations.
  • Set key performance indicators to track marketing efficiency and budget spend.
  • Leverage initiatives from peer marketing teams to create efficient marketing plans that meet profit goals.
  • Oversee execution of marketing plans, resource allocation for multiple brands, teams, and external vendors.
  • Approve advertising copy, media plans, consumer and trade promotion strategies, package design, and market research plans.
  • Lead relationships with external partners, vendors, and third-party manufacturers.
  • Understand consumer and customer trends, provide strategic recommendations based on their impact.
  • Identify business opportunities through understanding financial indicators and their impact on revenue and profit.
  • Coach team members to achieve category/brand objectives and maintain performance standards.
  • Build capabilities within the team, create action plans for development.
  • Manage, coach, mentor, and develop team members to inspire high performance and growth.
  • Champion organizational processes like business planning, recruiting, and training to promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a long-term strategic view, foresee obstacles and opportunities, and generate innovative ideas.
  • Apply broad knowledge and experience to address complex issues, considering all critical information in decision-making.

Requirements

  • Previous success in the marketplace and as an organizational leader is required.
  • Ability to build effective teams, foster innovation, and drive results.
  • Excellent financial management skills and ability to assess programs and investments critically.
  • Superior analytical skills with understanding of different models and their impacts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create an environment that encourages innovation and risk-taking.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital programs and platforms, including MS Office.
  • Thorough knowledge of digital strategy development, channels, and analytics.
  • Experience owning L.O.B. budgets and results, with a focus on brand/category bottom line.

Nice to Have

  • BA/BS with at least 9 years of CPG/healthcare marketing experience.
  • MBA with at least 7 years of CPG/healthcare marketing experience.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or MBA with relevant marketing experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary between $176,049 to $264,074, with potential bonuses or commissions.
