About the Role

The US Marketing Director at Channel Factory is responsible for owning end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across the United States. This role focuses on demand generation, lead generation, and field marketing, blending strategic brand building with data-driven performance marketing to position Channel Factory as a thought leader and drive measurable pipeline impact. The position involves localizing global marketing strategies for the US market, leading a small team, and collaborating cross-functionally with global marketing, sales, and revenue leadership to accelerate growth through pipeline contribution, client engagement, and impactful in-market programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns (digital, content, paid) to drive awareness, leads, and pipeline; define targets with sales, track conversion, and report on funnel performance.
  • Lead strategy and execution of US events and activations, including logistics, vendors, content, lead capture, and ROI measurement.
  • Manage a US marketing team including a designer and events manager; coach, prioritize, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors for design, branding, media, and event execution.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, influencers, and internal sales/client teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adapt strategies based on insights, and stay ahead of industry and competitor trends.
  • Promote Channel Factory's value in the US market through thought leadership, storytelling, and consistent branding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading B2B demand generation and field marketing programs in advertising, ad-tech, or SaaS.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and think like a client to understand their needs.
  • Experience managing small teams and coordinating with agencies/vendors.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, attribution, and campaign ROI; skilled in CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing regional events, activations, and roadshows that drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and content creation skills; ability to craft messaging for enterprise advertisers and agencies.
  • Ability to switch between high-level strategy and detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ad-tech, digital media, or SaaS industries; agency ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with PPT and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work with and guide design teams on project needs.
  • Ability to formulate and back up ideas, even with senior stakeholders.
