Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execution of event marketing initiatives, including event programming, creative direction, speaker management, and audience engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics for experiences and industry events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, branding, production, and onsite execution.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all campaigns - event-based and beyond - support business goals such as pipeline growth, customer retention, and brand visibility.
  • Support broader brand and marketing initiatives, contributing to campaign development, content creation, and consistent brand storytelling across channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and partners, while staying informed on industry trends and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B SaaS event management, programs, and broader marketing initiatives. Startup experience preferred.
  • Experience crafting and producing branded event activations that have driven measurable earned media attention and buzz.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively lead multiple partners and projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage client and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience in marketing or event management.
