The role of the Marketing Guest Experience Representative involves providing full marketing support, administrative assistance, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences and support the operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides full marketing support to the operation, including administrative support, program assistance, event coordination, and departmental reports.
  • Prepares and submits all room block assignments.
  • Communicates with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance regarding room status and assignment moves.
  • Orders and tracks marketing collateral pieces for the site's operation.
  • Checks in all guests according to front desk standards and procedures, including procuring credit card information, assigning keys, parking passes, and signing proper forms.
  • Provides guests with resort and area information when needed.
  • Assists with event information and signing forms.
  • Provides and updates the master list with tour status and room information.
  • Prepares arrivals report for In-House Marketing.
  • Attends all meetings regarding the program.
  • Performs marketing guest recovery, including guest appeasement preparation, delivery, and guest calls.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of customer service.
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Previous Vacation Ownership and guest relations experience (advantageous).

  • Previous Vacation Ownership and guest relations experience.
