Job Description

About the Role

As a Marketing Guest Experience Representative, you will provide full marketing support to the operation, including administrative support, program assistance, event coordination, and departmental reports. The role involves guest services, communication with various departments, and supporting marketing and event activities within Hilton Grand Vacations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares and submits all room block assignments.
  • Communicates with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance on room status and assignment moves.
  • Orders and tracks marketing collateral pieces for the site's operation.
  • Checks in all guests according to front desk standards and procedures, including procuring credit card information, assigning keys, parking passes, and signing forms.
  • Provides guests with resort and area information when needed.
  • Assists with event information and signing forms.
  • Provides and updates the master list with tour status and room information.
  • Prepares arrivals report for In-House Marketing.
  • Attends all meetings regarding the program.
  • Performs marketing guest recovery, including guest appeasement and guest calls.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
  • Maintains high standards of integrity when interacting with team members, management, owners, members, and prospects.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Previous Vacation Ownership and guest relations experience.
