Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, product positioning, and communication strategies.
Support the creation of materials and activities for innovation workshops with clients.
Update the Marketing website with relevant news and content.
Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote the use of the site.
Collaborate with a diverse and multicultural team in an agile and creative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor Studies in progress: Marketing, Business Administration, Corporate Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields.
An innovative, creative profile with analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
Interest in learning, contributing ideas, and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
English Advanced - Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
Availability for internship from January 19 to July 13, 2026.
Graduation expected in July 2026 or afterwards.
Availability to work and commute to the site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm during the full internship program.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI tools, Mintel, Global Data, and Adobe Illustrator.
