About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on frozen vegetable market trends, industry insights, and consumer behavior, including consumer preferences, purchasing behaviors, and emerging industry developments.
• Conduct competitor audits to identify marketing tactics, positioning strategies, and areas of opportunity, and evaluate competitors' successes and gaps.
• Present findings and insights to help shape strategic direction.
• Develop a retail buyer persona(s) based on market research and customer data.
• Provide data-driven input to refine persona(s) for targeted campaigns and product positioning.
• Help generate social media content that supports employee engagement and brand awareness.
• Help monitor engagement metrics and suggest content adjustments.
• Collaborate on updates to website content and structure, as needed.
• Support planning and execution of an upcoming customer-focused event.
• Help with coordination, track deadlines, assist with communication materials, and possible on-site support.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website content management is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
