The Marketing Intern role involves supporting the marketing team with administrative duties and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, providing an opportunity to gain broad experience in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative duties.
Assist in Marketing promotional activities online and offline, including organizing product brochures, creating new product literature/materials, managing internal approval processes, interfacing with marketing teams across ALA, US, and Europe regions, and managing marketing center repository.
Interface with external third parties and service providers such as BTL and Digital Agencies.
Communicate with Sales Team across Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile) to help organize and distribute promotional and marketing materials.
Help organize Marketing events.
Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management system.
Help execute the communication strategy.
Assist with social media strategy and execution.

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in a related BS (college/university) program such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized profile.
Proactivity.

Nice to Have

Knowledge in digital strategy/tools and website content management is highly desired.
