About the Role

Join a world-class marketing team as a Marketing Manager 2, Personalization for Operations in the Consumer Group business unit at Intuit. TurboTax serves over 48 million consumers and businesses with a full range of tax solutions. This role involves creating, launching, and managing web-based experiments and personalized user experiences using an experimentation platform. The position requires managing a platform operations team responsible for horizontal personalization campaign implementation, with a solutions-based mindset, AI fluency, and experience applying AI and machine learning in web optimization, including personalized experiences, predictive analytics, and automated content generation. The role sits within the marketing operations team and involves collaboration with Marketing Strategy, Product Managers, Analytics, Design, and Development teams to deliver web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team responsible for executing go-to-market setup and maintenance of personalization across the TurboTax omnichannel domain via Intuit's experimentation, personalization, and content management platforms.
  • Hands-on execution and management of personalization experiences across the TurboTax domain.
  • Partner and work cross-functionally with product, XD, engineering, analytics, pricing, CRM, data operations, and web operations teams to align on priorities and activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web operations peers in problem solving, validation of personalization experience setup, and quality control activities.
  • Identify and problem-solve roadblocks and functional requirements to successful task completion, liaising with data, analytics, technical product development teams, product managers, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with XD resources to ensure designs fit within existing templates and components, and QA experiences for compliance and performance standards.
  • Develop and execute processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability, ensuring pages and test experiences are compliant and accessible.
  • Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and stakeholders to accurately size project requests.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure work is completed according to standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in omnichannel personalization implementation and customer data platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Salesforce, ABTasty, Monetate, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience using Content Management Systems and Personalization Platforms, with ability to run browser-based application testing and debugging.
  • Experience with WordPress, Stackbit, or Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
  • 3+ years of managing a team of web authors and developers with mentorship and growth experience.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation platform capabilities, customer data-platforms, architecture, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology, Project Management processes, and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations.
  • Effective cross-team collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience with content management and personalization platforms such as WordPress, Stackbit.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in web optimization.

  • Pay range varies by location: Bay Area California $169,500 - $229,500; Southern California $154,000 - $208,500.
