Marketing Manager (3 months+)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute marketing content across multiple channels.
• Develop LinkedIn content including written posts, graphics, and video clips from webinars/podcasts.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Produce technical sales materials such as one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, explainer videos, and case studies.
• Write articles for industry publications and support speaker placement opportunities for the CEO.
• Lead email marketing efforts including content creation, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral including banners, brochures, and photography.
• Collaborate with staffing agency partners to source design, video, and other creative talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in agency or B2B marketing with a strong focus on content creation.
• Ability to work onsite in Pasadena, TX (Monday-Thursday).
• Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker who prioritizes action and execution.
• Experience managing website revamps and brand refresh initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Expertise in executive brand strategy and strengthening brand standards.

Nice to Have

• Background in the oil & gas or industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
