The Marketing Manager role involves managing community brand presentations, coordinating events, and fostering builder and realtor relations to support home sales and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall community brand presentations including community events, Welcome Center, CRM program, day-to-day builder relations, and Realtor outreach to create clear differentiators and maximize home sales.
  • Oversee the operation of the Welcome Center and manage Community Representatives to ensure high customer service standards.
  • Create a passion for customer-focused community presentations and mentor community representatives.
  • Hire, coach, and retain effective staff members.
  • Maintain collateral management, manage office supplies, and oversee office technology needs.
  • Oversee website content including Homefinder and CRM content and usage.
  • Visit models regularly, speak with sales representatives, and plan builder meetings.
  • Conduct presentations and tours for new builder reps, ensure monthly builder base price sheet is updated, and manage builder contact lists.
  • Build relationships with agency offices, plan onsite Realtor events, and coordinate Realtor luncheons and networking breakfasts.
  • Sponsor networking groups, oversee the Realtor Rewards program, and manage Realtor contact database.
  • Communicate with the Marketing Director regarding field trends and opportunities, provide feedback on metrics, and assist with community marketing and resident events.
  • Assist with signage maintenance, drive quarterly competition, manage lot inventory system, and contribute content for social channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or real estate.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing, advertising, event planning, outdoor signage, and other advertising mediums.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with various tasks and colleagues.
  • Experience managing and supervising people and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute marketing plans.
  • Strong networking and community relations skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with at least expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn other in-house programs easily.
  • Experience in real estate and homebuilding is a plus.
  • Agency management experience is preferred.
