About the Role

Integrated Marketing brings the value of DoorDash to Customers, Merchants, and Dashers by informing DoorDash's product strategy through identifying audience needs, communicating the value of the products and services we create, and by nurturing engagement through marketing campaigns and programs. The team is small-yet-mighty and growing quickly. As a Marketing Manager on Dasher Rewards and Sentiment, you will work with product management, business, marketing, and creative teams to drive Dasher sentiment and engagements, supporting strategic marketing initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and excitement of rewards and sentiment products for Dashers on a national and global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans that exceed new and existing feature adoption and satisfaction goals with Dashers.
  • Execute marketing experimentation for new offerings that Dashers value and adopt, informing key learnings and developing plans for future growth.
  • Own the success of campaigns or tests by writing content, setting up in-app and email campaigns, and coordinating with partners to execute strategies.
  • Partner with research teams to support and execute customer research, using insights to improve marketing and product strategies.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews with cross-functional teams from Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations, reporting progress and making recommendations.
  • Analyze and own product metrics to uncover opportunities for marketing and adjust messaging and positioning accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing or strategy role within a high-growth and fast-paced environment, with experience working with Product and Strategy teams.
  • At least 1 year of direct management experience.
  • Fluency with data, including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics tools like Excel and SQL to understand campaign efficacy and trends.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution, working across various cross-functional teams with a deep understanding of launching A/B testing.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally in digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • A growth and performance mindset, with a passion for technology products that impact millions and effective communication skills.
