About the Role

Integrated Marketing at DoorDash brings the value of DoorDash to Customers, Merchants, and Dashers by informing product strategy through identifying audience needs, communicating the value of products and services, and nurturing engagement via marketing campaigns and programs. The team is small-yet-mighty and growing quickly. The role involves working on national and global GTM launches, supporting development and scaling of rewards and benefits for Dashers, and leveraging various channels to grow product usage and awareness. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans that exceed new and existing feature adoption and satisfaction goals with Dashers.
  • Execute marketing experimentation for new offerings that Dashers value and adopt, and develop plans based on key learnings for future growth.
  • Own the success of campaigns or tests by writing content, setting up in-app and email campaigns, and coordinating with partners to execute strategies.
  • Partner with research teams to support and execute customer research, and use insights to improve marketing and product strategies.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews with cross-functional teams from Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations, report progress to leadership, and drive recommendations.
  • Analyze and own product metrics to uncover opportunities for marketing and refine messaging and positioning accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing or strategy role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with experience working with Product and Strategy teams.
  • At least 1 year of direct management experience.
  • Fluency with data, including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics tools like Excel and SQL to understand campaign efficacy and trends.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution, working across cross-functional teams, with a deep understanding of launching A/B tests.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, ideally in digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • A growth and performance mindset, storytelling ability, and enthusiasm for technology products impacting millions.
