About the Role

The Marketing Media Project Specialist will lead multiple media projects, assist with and help coordinate marketing and media plan efforts to promote Mountain America products and services. They will work with media and creative teams to assist with media trafficking, project management, reporting, digital asset management, and coordinating with business partners for communication needs. The role involves developing media performance dashboards, managing digital screens, supporting media campaigns, and building strong relationships with media partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple media projects and meet deadlines.
  • Assist with media trafficking, project management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate campaign assets with creative teams and channel managers.
  • Manage and coordinate digital screens systems for branch, corporate, and sponsor/partner outdoor LED and indoor screens and TVs.
  • Build digital screen tracking sheets and reports.
  • Support media team in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns to meet organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal teams, external media agencies, and vendors to support planning for various media channels including broadcast television, radio, out of home, streaming, and others.
  • Organize, track, and traffic media assets to stations, vendors, and partners.
  • Collect data on campaign buys from media stations and partners.
  • Conduct research on media platforms and opportunities.
  • Coordinate the rotation and traffic of media spots.
  • Measure and report campaign performance in a timely manner.
  • Develop project plans showing stakeholders, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Assess projects to determine departmental needs and involve all relevant parties in planning.
  • Manage media projects from inception to completion, organizing project teams to meet objectives.
  • Present proposed media strategies and projected impact.
  • Conduct and present competitive research.
  • Monitor media performance and track progress of all media project tasks.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of professional experience with media trafficking, buying, or related field.
  • Four or more years of experience with an ad/creative agency and/or corporate marketing team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work within tight timeframes and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Close and distance vision, ability to distinguish colors.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with banking/credit union products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, digital media, business, or related field, or working toward completing a degree.
  • Or 2 additional years of related professional experience in lieu of a degree.
