Marketing Media Project Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple media projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Assist with media trafficking, project management, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain media performance dashboards.
• Build relationships and maintain ongoing communications with media partners and representatives.
• Coordinate campaign assets with creative teams and channel managers.
• Manage and coordinate digital screens systems for branch, corporate, and sponsor/partner outdoor LED and indoor screens and TVs.
• Build digital screen tracking sheets and reports.
• Support media team in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns.
• Partner with internal teams, external media agencies, and vendors to support planning for various media channels including broadcast, radio, out of home, streaming, etc.
• Organize, track, and traffic media assets to stations, vendors, and partners.
• Collect data on campaign buys from media stations and partners.
• Conduct research on media platforms and opportunities.
• Coordinate the rotation and traffic of media spots.
• Measure and report campaign performance in a timely manner.
• Track progress of media project tasks within project management software.
• Develop project plans with stakeholders, milestones, and dependencies.
• Assess project needs and involve all relevant parties in planning.
• Manage media projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Present proposed media strategies and projected impacts.
• Conduct and present competitive research.
• Monitor media performance and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two or more years of professional experience with media trafficking, buying, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience with an ad/creative agency and/or corporate marketing team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with peers and deliver results.
• Strong contribution to team effectiveness and organizational capacity building.
• Support in media-related buying, analytics, and project management.
• Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, digital media, business, or related field, or working toward completing a degree.
• Or 2 additional years of related professional experience in lieu of a degree.
