Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure accurate lead flow and attribution across systems.
  • Analyze campaign performance and build dashboards that align marketing metrics with business goals.
  • Develop scalable processes to support demand generation and ABM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
  • Establish best practices for reporting, data management, and workflow automation.
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce required).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage data and system integrations across platforms.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise sales cycles is a plus.
