About the Role

The Marketing Operations Project Specialist at Corewell Health is responsible for managing marketing campaigns through expert project coordination and strong client partnerships. The role involves overseeing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly from start to finish. The specialist works closely with internal teams, including creative teams, and serves as the primary contact for key client groups, supporting operational excellence and process improvements across marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
Organize and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate project plans, schedules, and analyze processes for continuous improvement.
Assess resource requirements and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to meet project deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between various departments within the system for project coordination.
Act as a change agent to promote the use of project management best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2 years of relevant experience in applicable business functions or related experience.
2 years of relevant experience in project management or similar roles.

Nice to Have

Master's Degree.
CRT-Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification.

Qualifications

Formal education in the form of a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Relevant project management certifications preferred.
