About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role within the revenue operations team to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns by managing systems, data, and processes that drive efficiency and performance. This role partners closely with marketing and sales to support demand generation, optimize lead flow, and provide reporting that helps maximize ROI. It is a hands-on role with marketing automation tools and CRM, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and data is accurate and actionable. defi SOLUTIONS is a pioneer in end-to-end, SaaS loan originations, servicing, and managed servicing solutions, serving high-volume lenders, banks, credit unions, and finance companies in North America with over three decades of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage workflows, lists, and segmentation to automate marketing processes and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes to improve lead management processes and ensure a smooth transition of leads from marketing to sales
  • Work with the marketing team to set up landing pages, emails, CTAs, and multi-channel campaigns with accurate targeting, personalization, and compliance
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, making recommendations for improvement
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring accurate set-up, tracking, and targeting across digital channels (email, social, web, paid media)
  • Maintain data hygiene and segmentation for accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Lead campaign QA, testing, and documentation of best practices by creating SOPs for campaign execution and lead management
  • Manage pre- and post-event contact lists for tradeshows and webinars
  • Assist with building and maintaining reports that provide visibility into funnel health, lead flow, and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in B2B or technology environment
  • Proven self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently and effectively prioritize competing demands
  • Able to think critically and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Continuously seeks ways to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally
  • Data-driven and intellectually curious
  • Strong understanding of lead management, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM, including setting up campaigns and managing contacts/leads in Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI tools is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B software or tech industry
  • Experience in financial services, automotive, or lending sectors
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis
  • Admin experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesloft
