We are currently hiring for a Marketing Operations Specialist to bring fresh thinking, follow through, and collaboration to our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day marketing operations tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure property websites, listings, integrations, and lead tracking systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Own and respond to Marketing Support tickets.
Assist in completing transition items outlined in smartsheets.
Assist in completing closeout items outlined in smartsheets.
Assist in completing new construction items outlined in smartsheets.
Support the Manager with platform updates and tool implementations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of various property management systems, lead management platforms, AI leasing tools, and ILS feeds.
Working knowledge of integration errors and best practices for troubleshooting.
Mastery of lead management workflow and implementation.
Experience with business listings and social media account management.
Experience with in-depth integrations and problem solving.
Ability to think strategically and be execution oriented.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work hands-on in a performance-based, fast-paced environment.
