Key Responsibilities

  • Own ad ops across platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond — from buildout to optimization
  • Build full-funnel analytics: Implement and manage GA4, GTM (web + server-side), and cross-platform tracking
  • Create attribution clarity: Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models and reporting dashboards
  • Turn data into action: Provide insights and recommendations that improve performance and drive ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with strategy and creative teams to inform campaign development
  • Leverage AI: Use tools to improve reporting, QA, analysis, and performance
  • Support and guide others in Marketing Ops while collaborating with HubSpot and CRM specialists

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a digital marketing, ad ops, or marketing analytics role (agency experience a plus)
  • Pro-level skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads
  • Expert knowledge of GA4, GTM (event tagging, server-side, dataLayer), and tracking best practices
  • Strong attribution and reporting skills: Looker Studio / Data Studio, and maybe some SQL, BigQuery, or Python
  • Great communicator: able to present insights clearly to both internal teams and clients

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot platform experience
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to automate or enhance marketing workflows
  • A strategic mind for creative testing, audience segmentation, and campaign ideation

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or marketing analytics (3+ years)
